By chance, one track of the latest Flowriders album got the people at NYSoul Records really excited... This track, “Russelology”, quickly became an anthem at the legendary London session Co-Op and was supported by the likes of Domu, IG  Culture, Giles Peterson, Benji B, Simbad, Afronaught,
Bugz In The Attic, etc.
Thus the plan for a remix album was born! For its NYSoul airing “Russelology” has been given the house treatment, calling in the talents of some of the labels favourite producers: UK house supremo Phil Asher, AphroDisiax, Peng and Deep System's Bittersuite and Tomson & Bendict. Go check it out soon, in stores from November 6 2008 on.

Flowriders Vincent Helbers co wrote a song with drummer Richard Spaven that became the title track for the new album of the Robert Mitchell trio.
